Sacramento Valley Endurance Athlete’s Code of Conduct
Arrive on time to practice and competitions
Come prepared to practice by wearing proper shoes and clothes; bring sweats in case of cold weather
Arrive mentally ready to train
Hydrate, eat nutritionally and get plenty of sleep prior to practices and competitions
Follow the rules
Practice good safety in practices and events
Demonstrate positive open communication between coaches, athletes, parents and officials
Positively support Sacramento Valley Endurance athletes at practice and in competitions
No gossiping or slandering of others on the team
Respect the coaching staff, team members, officials, and opponents
Clean up after yourself, and help cleanup after others
Keep your grades up
No foul language
Be honest
Anytime you are wearing Sacramento Valley Endurance gear please remember you are representing the team and follow the code of conduct.

Work all required volunteer support hours when asked
Ensure your athletes arrive and practices and competitions on time and do not leave early
All enough time to stay and support all team members at competitions
Provide water, nutritional food and a quiet place to sleep for your athletes
Demonstrate positive open communication between coaches, athletes, parents, and officials
No gossiping or slandering others on the team
Respect the coaching staff, team members, officials, other coaches, and opponents
Allow the coaches to do their job and coach your child; do not coach your child during practice or competition and undermine the coaching staff
Ensure that when you leave an area that it is cleaner then when you arrived
Do not give your child unrealistic expectations
Be honest
